Refund & Exchange Policy
The following must be available for the replacement or refund of your order:
* The customer must inform us of their desire for replacement or refund within (7) days from the date of receiving the order.
* The product to be returned or replaced must be in its original condition, including the original sealing.
* Returned or replaced products must be sent back to the main warehouse. If the customer wishes to return or replace the product, they are responsible for the full delivery costs, VAT/TAX, customs charges, and handling fees.
* In case of a manufacturing defect or damage upon receiving the product within 7 days, the product will be replaced, and the product box must be provided during the replacement.

We will begin the refund process immediately upon receiving the order back to our warehouse, and we will send you a confirmation via email. Therefore, please wait for 7-14 days from the product shipment date for the refund to be credited to your account.
